Mick Keville serves as the Senior Pastor of CrossRoads. He is a native of Chittenango and has been Pastor at CrossRoads since it was launched in 1998. His pre-ministry experiences include graduation from the U.S Naval Academy and Naval Postgraduate School, ten years active duty in the U.S. Navy, and 5 years working for Texas Instruments while completing a Master of Theology degree at Dallas Theological Seminary. In 1990 he accepted a call to serve as Associate Pastor at Eastern Hills Bible Church in Manlius, NY. When EHBC decided to launch an extension ministry in Chittenango he was assigned as pastor. Mick’s wife Betsy is actively involved in CrossRoad’s music and women’s ministry teams. Mick and Betsy have three grown children. Oldest daughter, Kelly, is married to Patrick Canney and works as a part time Physical Therapist in Millbury, MA while caring for their daughters, Ella and Anna. Son, Michael, is a teacher at Chittenango HS and married to Jennifer (Venton), both of whom are part of the CCC ministry team and busy parenting little daughter Evelynn. Youngest daughter, Kathryn, is married to Matthew Morkel, employed in the Jamesville-DeWitt school district, and finishing her master’s degree in literacy. Matt and Katie are currently leading the church’s senior high student ministry.

Gavin Carrier serves as the Associate Pastor of Discipleship at CrossRoads. Gavin spent 3 years as a Young Life Volunteer at Chittenango High School while a student at Syracuse University. He furthered his ministry skills and theological training by attending Dallas Theological Seminary and returned to Chittenango in August of 2003 to serve in this position. Gavin and his wife Andrea, who also has had extensive experience as a Young Life volunteer, are the proud parents of their daughter Avery and their son Samuel.

Steve Case serves as Worship Arts Pastor. Steve joins CrossRoads after ministering at Eastern Hills Bible Church for 8 years as the Worship Pastor. He served in the army band at Fort Sill, Oklahoma for 3 years. Steve has been a private music teacher for 27 years and led the regional contemporary Christian group, “Sky Wing,” for 15 years. He has a Diploma of Christian Studies from Tyndale. Steve and his wife, Sue, have three children; Sarah (& son-in-law Josh Wright), Mike and Abby.

Kim Hunn serves as the Director of Administration for CrossRoads Community Church. She has been attending CrossRoads with her family since its inception in 1998. Previously, Kim was the Executive Secretary to the Commissioner of Social Services in Onondaga County. For the past eight years Kim has volunteered as craft coordinator preparing weekly crafts for Promiseland. Originally attendees of Eastern Hills Bible Church, Kim and her husband, Bob, were married there by Pastor Mick Keville in 1993. They have two children, Camen and Tylor, who are also actively involved with the children’s ministry.

Lorraine Harrington serves as the Director of Kids Convenience After School Program. Lorraine has a love for working with children and has worked with the program since 2005. She is an active member of CrossRoads Community Church and serves in various ministries: Nursing Home and Meal Ministries, and serves as a team leader of the Hospitality Ministry. She has also been involved in various Community Service organizations: Member of the P.T.A., Cub Scout Den Mother, Boy Scout Leader, Boy Scout Committee-Head and Vacation Bible School. Lorraine took an early retirement after 28 years serving as a Benefit Representative at The MONY Group in Syracuse. Lorraine is a life-long citizen of the Chittenango/Kirkville area, (graduated from CHS), and she has enjoyed 36 years of marriage to Edward. They have two grown sons: Bryan and Brent.

Bob Hunn serves as the Director of Inside Facilities for CrossRoads. Bob takes care of maintenance and custodial needs of the church buildings, including the set-up for events and weekly services. He volunteers additional time at the church performing large and small tasks - inside and out. Most of Bob's cleaning time at the church take place after midnight, so he's the ultimate church mouse! He assists in the pre-school classroom on Sunday mornings. Bob's wife, Kim, also volunteers time with the Promiseland program that their children Camen and Tylor are actively involved in.
