GHANA Missions

Our Ghana Ministry has its roots in relationships that Jerry Volk had with some students attending Maranatha Bible School in Accra, Ghana some 25 years ago. We have been visiting Ghana on a fairly regular basis for the last 14 years. In a joint mission with Eastern Hills Bible Church, we are now traveling to Ghana at least once a year. Our primary focus is along side a group of churches in the Volta Region that call themselves Faith in God Assembly (FIGA). Our involvement with them involves teaching and training seminars, health assistance thru mosquito nets, deworming medicine, and emergency medical assistance. We also have been involved in drilling several wells to provide safe water for villages. Our Club 58 has been in correspondence with and active in supporting Brilliant Academy, a school for children who would otherwise not have the opportunity to receive an education.
Pastor Francis Sowu is the leader of FIGA, and Pastor John Doe is the leader of Brilliant Academy.
